I’d like anyone
reading this to know that the experience of buying our
villa in Spain was surprisingly stress free. Michael is
very professional, but relaxed and seems to have all the
time in the world for you. His insider knowledge of the
different areas and prices made things a whole lot easier.
I’m very glad I went to an independent adviser and
not to one of the big chains of estate agents, who I found
to be far less attentive. I also saved several thousand
euros by using Michael's considerable negotiating skills.

| We met Michael and Sylvia through
renting a villa they managed. It was in such a
beautiful and peaceful setting I asked if there
were any similar properties nearby for sale with
the same kind of space and tranquility. Michael
found me a plot in a nearby development, introduced
me to his architect and is now co-ordinating the
building of our villa.
Sylvia has been managing our new apartment, organised
the several chanimages we’ve made and given
us peace of mind.

| We were introduced to
Mike after my wife and I expressed interest in buying
a property in Spain’s Costa del Sol area. We had
arrived for a short break and met with Mike, who then
proceeded to spend the day driving us to different property
developments that he thought would be of interest. Mike’s
patience, ability to listen to our needs, not to put pressure
on us, but simply offer advice when called for, impressed
us both a great deal. It so happened that we did see a
development that we loved and our association with Marbella
began. Mike’s support did not end there. He then
helped us arrange legal representation and gave us a good
insight into the way the Spanish conveyance system worked.
In the early days we could not visit Spain as often
as we would have liked, but a phone call to Mike or
Sylvia and our problem was taken off our hands and dealt
with. Once the property was ready, Sylvia’s role
in fitting out, offering advice on interior design and
managing local tradesmen to install or fix things was
simply invaluable. Simply getting any issue resolved
or setting up the meeting with the right person got
us to the finishing line with a minimum of hassle.
Mike and Sylvia still support us and our family during
our visits and provide an ongoing service of arranging
car hire, cleaning and laundering, getting any work
done as well as checking that all is in working order
for our visit.
